BEST ARTICLES of the EV2017 Conference

Submitted papers may be written in English (preferred) or Romanian.

The accepted papers written in English may be published in IEEE Xplore and could be indexed in the ISI Thompson database.

The accepted papers written in Romanian will be published in the magazine Electrical, Electronics, Automation (EEA) (classified B+ CNCSIS and indexed in international databases: Elsevier Scopus, Compendex, ProQuest, EBSCO, Ulrich’s, Index Copernicus International).

After the Conference, contributed full papers selected by the Scientific Committee will be recommended for publication in Revue Roumaine des Sciences Techniques – Electrotechnique et Energetique, publisher: Romanian Academy (an ISI international rated journal) provided that 40% of their content is new.

IEEE Conference Submission Standards: “IEEE’s new submission standards meet full-text Portable Document Format (PDF) submission specifications markedly improving display quality and value of conference documents available through IEEE Xplore. IEEE is now accepting files that meet these standards. Beginning in 2005, conferences financially sponsored by the IEEE or one of its organizations must provide a compliant PDF record, without exception.”

EV2019 has registered for use of a new IEEE tool: IEEE PDF eXpress™.
All conference articles submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore must adhere to the IEEE Xplore PDF specification for compatibility.
IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).

IEEE PDF eXpress web site: www.pdf-express.org
Conference ID: 42815x

Steps for camera ready paper submission:

1) Create your manuscript(s).
2) Proofread and check layout of manuscript (it is highly recommended that you do this BEFORE going to IEEE PDF eXpress).
3) Create IEEE PDF eXpress account on IEEE PDF eXpress web site by using the Conference ID: 42815x.
4) Upload source file(s) for Conversion; and/or PDF(s) for Checking.
5) Use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s). The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
6) Submit final, IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s) to EV2019 at: conference@evshow.ro by accessing the paper account.
